Mapuleng currently serves as the Managing Director of Bluechip Technologies Limited, a position she has held since March 2023. Prior to this, she served as the Executive Director of Ingwesat from 2018 to 2023. Her extensive career also includes notable roles at ABSA, where she held various positions, including Area Head of Retail Bank and Manager of Commercial Banking. Additionally, she contributed her expertise as a Management Consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC).

Beyond her professional roles, Mapuleng serves as a non-executive director at the Universal Service and Access Agency of South Africa (USAASA) since 2021. Her dedication to leadership and governance led to her appointment as a non-executive director of Sentech on December 1, 2021, and subsequent reappointments on December 1, 2022, and April 1, 2023. Her strategic insights and experience continue to drive Sentech’s mission forward.
